"Bruno" deleted scenes with LaToya Jackon are below, folks!

Earlier this year, "Bruno" came out and fizzled at the box office, earning much less than "Borat" had when it came out back in 2006.  Around the time of its release, Michael Jackson died, and a scene featuring LaToya Jackson and Bruno stealing Michael Jackson's cell phone number from her Blackberry was cut from the film when studios became concerned that audiences would be upset by it.  See it for yourself below....

Something tells us that the sort of audience that would be watching "Bruno" in the first place wouldn't be offended by a Michael Jackson joke, but studios disagreed.

Now that "Bruno" is slated for release on DVD in a matter of days, some of the deleted scenes-- including the one mentioned above-- are being released online.  We've got the LaToya Jackson scene, and-- we were totally unaware that this existed until right now-- another, similar scene featuring Pete Rose.  Check 'em out (we'll start with the Pete Rose version, which kind of sets up what's going on):

And now, let's check out the LaToya Jackson version.  LaToya seems a little out of it here...

"Bruno" is being released on DVD and BluRay November 17th.  If you liked what you saw here, chances are you'll really enjoy the rest of the movie.  Comedy Examiner Quick Review: we saw "Bruno" and thought it was good, just not nearly as funny as "Borat".  See for yourself on November 17th, folks!
