Hundreds of pet owners throughout the United States nominated their veterinarians for the third annual Thank Your Vet for a Healthy Pet® contest. The Morris Animal Foundation (MAF) established the nationwide contest to honor veterinarians and the lives they enhance.
Many from around the country sent in positive sentiments about their animal doctors.
Several pet parents from Maryland and Virginia heeded the call for essays about admired vets.
