The classic Duke Nukem 3D will be released on the iPhone very soon, and according to IGN the game is looking good so far. Apparently it will be an exact port of the 1996 PC game, with Duke's signature language and enemies intact. Machineworks Northwest is the company working on the iPhone port. The game will also feature updated graphics and on-screen controls which IGN already previewed and seemed very pleased. We can expect the game this summer.
