Oven-roasted Garlic Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put potatoes in plastic food bag. Pour in enough olive oil to lightly coat the potatoes --- shake the bag so that potatoes are well-coated.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, and garlic to taste.
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn after first 25 – 30 minutes so that potatoes crisp on all sides. Serve while hot.
