Slow cooker beef
Slow cooker beef -- so tender and juicy

The crock pot or slow cooker is the busy person’s friend – add a few ingredients to the pot, plug it in and voila . . . ! This beef recipe is no exception; there are only three ingredients. The taste and tenderness of this beef is amazing.

Beef Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef roast
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 medium onion, quartered

Directions:
Put a beef roast in a crock pot, put the onions on the beef, and pour the coconut milk over all. Cook on the lowest setting for approximately 8 hours.
