Special Update!
EA has announced the release date for the new upcoming installment in the FIFA franchise. The new addition, FIFA 10 has been hotly anticipated for some time as players call out for more world-class soccer action.
The FIFA franchise has been doing extremely well for sports gamers, winning at least 25 international gaming awards, and more than 275 million online games played.
FIFA 10 is set to add more realism and intelligence to the game, with more enhanced ball control and inter-personal physics between players. Also to be included is a 360 degree dribbling system that will allow players more control over the ball and gives them precise control for defeating defenders as they push toward the goal. This new system is augmented by a new collision sharing system between characters that allows for more unpredictable struggles for ball ownership.
A host of new career and game modes are also set to be issued in this upcoming title.
The announcement today places an Xbox 360 release date for October 2nd, 2009.
