Are you suffering from a headache or migraine? Do you have severe allergies or even mild ones? If you have in the past or even do today then you should try the cranial sacral massage. This technique focuses on the head as well as the spine and pelvis. This delicate form of massage emphasizes the fluid that surrounds and cushions the brain and spinal cord from an injury. Though therapists use a touch equivalent to the weight of a coin the cranial sacral technique still delivers quite a powerful impact when healing someone.

When blockages occur in the spinal fluid, an unharmonious balance in the body can occur.
This will make the muscle and joint strain, emotional disturbances within the body, and the improper operation of the organs and central nervous system. Because the body is in a critical position the massage therapist will know to be gentle while dealing with your precious body.

During your session your massage therapist will lightly manipulate various areas of your body including your bones, skull, spine, pelvis and soft tissues to clear any blockages of cerebrospinal fluid to allow the fluid to flow more smoothly and naturally. This needs to happen in order for your body to be balanced and heal properly.

Sometimes a therapist will even compliment the cranial sacral massage with some various essential oils. Essential oils are just that, essential. They are a vital part of improving your health no matter what the problem or illness may be. Essential oils as they are called are natural, and because they are natural they are good and healthy for you. Some types of essential oils are as such: black pepper essential oil which is good for treating muscle aches, pains and strains, carrot seed essential oil which is used for the care of aging skin, and the lemongrass essential oil which is very good for calming the mind and body, revitalizing your senses, and relieving tension. There are a plethora of essential oils that are used for various reasons so take advantage of the essential oils.
