Apparently a Belgium company started this crazy and intense dinner experience called “Dinner in the Sky” in 2006. TheDinner in the Sky first time I read about it was last year, in an airplane magazine. I thought to myself that is insane, not sure I would do it; but it sure looks fun after you get passed the height and the fear of a cable breaking half way through dinner. I asked my husband if he would do it and he said, how if you need to use the restroom? And, another guy was worried about the same thing; me, I am worried that we might just get down to the ground a little faster than we should.

However, if you don’t have a fear of heights and would like to experience dinner in the sky, just be ready to fork out $500 per person and be suspended 180 feet up along with 22 other people.

Dinner in the Sky was at the Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek last week. For more information about this high end dining experience go to the Dinner in the Sky main site http://www.dinnerinthesky.com
