The concept at Seasons 52 is to eat fresh according to what's in season. I was there sometime ago for lunch and really enjoyed my meal. For appetizer, we ordered the Housemade Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli with sweet basil and roasted garlic in a light tomato broth, my entree was the Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon with fresh asparagus, sweet carrots and chive-roasted potatoes; very good choice. My husband had the Seared Tuna which was also very good and beautifully plated.

The portions seem small but, on the upside, they are all nutritionally balanced; including high quality lean meats and seafood. In addition, the meals also include good carbs and beneficial oils such as extra virgin olive oil. And, best of all, every meal is less than 475 calories, leaving more room for dessert!!

My suggestion for dessert is to order the sample platter which offers about seven or eight mini delicious desserts that will not make you feel guilty at all.

Seasons 52 offers a few different locations in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, go check it out and get the best of this season!
