Ballroom 20 of the San Diego Convention Center will be packed on Thursday evening July 23rd as the world premiere of Green Lantern: First Flight is shown. A production of Warner Home Video, Warner Premiere, DC Comics and Warner Bros. Animation, the film is the latest in the animated line of superhero films. Rated PG-13, First Flight traces the story of Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps.

Among the actors who provide the voices in the film are Christopher Meloni, Tricia Helfer and John Larroquette. The film was directed by Lauren Montgomery, and scripted by Alan Burnett. Green Lantern: First Flight will be available on DVD and Blu-ray on July 28th.
