Twilight fans and the fiction they write will be the center of focus at Comic-Con 2009 in San Diego, California on Saturday, July 25th. At 10:00am that morning, in Room 24A, the TwiFic FanGroup will meet and discuss their stories, artwork, and take part in a question and answer session.

Fan fiction has existed in one form or another since the 17th century, but has exploded in recent years. As early as the original Star Trek series in the late 1960s, fans have taken their favorite characters and settings and created new stories to share with other fans. The Twight fans have collectively written thousands of posts based on Stephenie Meyer's popular series of books.

Among the authors who will participate in the panel are AngstGoddess003, EZRocksAngel, tby789 and manyafandom.
