Levi Moore is the founder and President of PROXY 2.0, a government affairs/business communications consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. His background includes serving in former Governor Jim Edgar’s cabinet and as a V.P. for the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce. His expertise includes economic development, homeland security, public policy analysis and development and government re-engineering. He has a B.S. degree in journalism from Northwestern University with graduate work in political science. Levi can be reached at levimoore@aol.com.
