LaQuanda Randall lives in a western suburb of Metro Detroit and is a mother of two young children. She has a degree in Community Health Education with her current focus centered on Women's Health. At 35 years-old, LaQuanda is devoted to staying active and healthy through exercise, good nutrition, and overall physical fitness. LaQuanda has experienced the difficulties with staying fit after the age of 30 and regaining her fitness after giving birth. By losing over 40 lbs. following each pregnancy, she can relate to and empathize with women and weight struggles. She is actively pursuing a career in personal training and group fitness; all relating to women's health. Through education and life experience, LaQuanda Randall aspires to explore all health topics relating to the women of Metro Detroit and their everyday lives.
