Are you a house-hunter?  Does this situation sound familiar?

You're driving around your neighborhood and see tons of houses for sale that interest you.  You want a quick answer as to how big it is, if it will house your thirty cats, or if the kitchen is the size of your current hall closet.  And most of all?  You want to know if it's even in your price range before you get somewhat excited.
