Inhofe: Cap & Trade DOA

After news that an EPA report which casts doubts on the effects of global warming was possibly suppressed, Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma reportedly stated on Fox news that Cap & Trade was "Dead On Arrival" when it reaches the Senate. Inhofe has a web page dedicated to scientists who dispute the global warming theory promoted by Al Gore and many environmental groups.
The possible cover up surrounds an EPA report which indicated that solar radiation is a larger factor behind the earth's temperature than carbon dioxide emissions.
The report, written by Alan Carlin also states that the earth's temperatures have been declining for the past 11 years and that there is "little evidence" that Greenland is shedding ice as is claimed by some.
