Below are 10 simple actions that you can take today to get on your road to fitness.

  1. Drink eight-8 ounce glasses of water.
  2. Walk 30 minutes.
  3. Phone a friend – solicit a partner to go through the fitness journey with you.
  4. Buy a jump rope.
  5. Drink a cup of green tea.
  6. Do 50 crunches.
  7. Eat small meals every 2 -3 hours to boost your metabolism.
  8. Incorporate a vegetable that you’ve never tried into your dinner tonight.
  9. Do 10 push-ups.
  10. Keep a diary of what you eat today.
