Human spirit, not God, will lift people of Iran

Twitter has been flooded with people tweeting and retweeting information about elections in Iran. Some are government agents spreading misinformation and trying to catch Iranian bloggers from posting images, information, and videos all over the Internet for the world to witness unjust treatment of the Iranians by their own government.

The tweets come from all over the world. Humanity is uniting. One tweet that stands out, “On 9/11 the world said we were Americans. Today, we're Iranians.” When times get hard, when it seems like there is no hope, the human spirit rises above everything else. It lifts those that are tired, it heals those that are wounded, and it cuts through differences to find common ground – freedom.

This is why people around the world need to stop praying and start acting. If God let this mess happen to begin with, do you really think He will stop it or help people of Iran? It is time to take action! It is time to be more than inhabitants of this planet - it is time to be a family. Prayer won't solve anything but waste time, time that you can spend acting and helping Iranian people.

There are many ways you can act and help Iranian people win the elections. Start by visiting twitter.com and becoming a member. If you want to see real-time updates on Iran, just visit #iranelection topic. Read what people have to say. Watch new, graphic videos from Iran as they post them on the internet. This is the place where other news channels are getting their information. Why listen to them if you can hear Iranians speak for themselves? Plus, there's ton of stuff on the internet that will help you act. This “Cyberwar guide to Iran elections” article will give you an insight on what you can do right from your home to support Iranian people.

It is their time to be free. No one in this world will deny them of that right. Their spirit will move armies sent to stop them and it will crush everything that stands on their way. They need support of the world, they need to know they are not alone.

Stand up and scream, “They are my brothers and sisters!” Their freedom is paramount to the freedom of the entire world. One country after another, freedom will spread and in no time the world will be free, “free at last.”
