Amy Winehouse gets a divorce... without even showing up for it.

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil have requested and received a divorce by a judge in London, the AP is reporting this morning.
In what was described as a brief family court hearing, the couple was granted their legal split along with several other troubled couples who were similarly requesting a divorce.
Winehouse, 25, tied the knot wth Fielder-Civil two years ago.
Before their first year of marriage had ended, Winehouse's husband was arrested on assault charges.
According to records cited in the report, Fielder-Civil filed for divorce earlier this year alleging that Winehouse had been unfaithful.
Neither Amy Winehouse or Blake Fielder-Civil were in court for the proceedings.
