The Rock to replace Arnold?
The Australian magazine RCI is claiming that a script for a remake of the early Arnold Schwarzenegger action flick Commando is being developed.
Who is envisioned for the starring role?
So far, the only name bandied about is Dwayne Johnson, former wrestling superstar known as the "Rock" and now successful movie star.
This year we have learned that several former Schwarzenegger classics are up for remake, including Predator and Total Recall.
Commando seems like another perfect fit to round out the trilogy.
Certainly better than, shall we say, Junior.
Johnson aside, the real question now is who will play the daughter role once filled by a young Alyssa Milano?
Commando was among the first acting roles of the young star's career.
