Stephanie Pratt blames shoes for DUI but still agrees to rehab
Yesterday in a Los Angeles court, "The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor DUI slapped on the young star while returning home from Holly Montag's birthday bash.

According to E! News, Pratt has admitted that her recent troubles have been a "blessing in disguise."
"From now on, I'm going to be abstinent. The past month and a half has been so amazing. I am doing good, and I don’t want to change anything."
In addition to enduring the month long rehabilitation program, Pratt still faces the prospect of jail time and a fine.
