Seattle area deputy will not be tried right now in excessive force case.

Seattle WA.- the King County deputy facing criminal charges will not be tried immediately as there is some concern that his actions motivated the suspect to kill the officer.

Emotions are running very high right now in Seattle and the deputy would not receive a fair trial. With officers and the public at this point in time this deputy is viewed as a source of ignition.

As its becoming apparent from some of the evidence found in the suspects apartment that he may have been highly upset about the beating of a 15 year old girl.

A note left at the bombing site in the weeks before the shooting of Office Brenton, claimed it was in retaliation for the girls beating.

There will likely be a change of venue and the prosecution may end being done in Spokane.

When you view the video you have to wonder why he thinks he will receive a favorable verdict if the trial were moved to Mars?

The 15 year old girl was arrested while riding in a car with another girl. The car had been reported stolen by the mother of the girl driving the car.

In many jurisdictions the passenger would not have been arrested for auto-theft as she has a built in defense. She knew the car belonged to her friend’s mother why should she believe it was stolen?  “Case dismissed!”

Even before this suspect was identified and arrested in a shootout with police, officers in Seattle were saying they hoped that this officers conduct had not gotten a good officer killed.

While this video is ugly to be sure, nothing justify someone sneaking up from behind and assassinating an innocent officer. He also tried to kill the officer's Student Officer.  But by the grace of God she was only wounded.

This same suspect tried to shoot an officer when they stopped him walking down from his apartment.  His gun failed to fire or we may be burying yet another officer.

He fled to the stop of the stair turned with the gun still in his hand and was dropped by police bullet to the head.

WARNING the video is disturbing, but you need to remember this was the actions of one deputy sheriff that was investigated and arrested for his actions.

Only people consumed by hate and ignorance allow themselves to judge an entire class of people by the action of an individual from that group.

The 99% percent of the officers that do their job the way they're supposed protecting lives and property do not deserve to be judged by the actions of one percent of the group.

Just to let you know

I have recently had a stroke that has resulted in some seizures. At times I make grammar errors as I don't always have someone available to proof read these articles, before I have to submit them. I try to do my best to keep the information fresh. The old brain doesn't connect the dots as it once might have.

Please feel free to point these errors out to me as I review all comments and try to use the information to give you a better article.
