Talk back Spokane-DC sniper John Muhammad to be executed this evening.

Barring a last minute stay that is not likely to come from the Governor of the State of Virginia, John Muhammad will die by lethal injection at 9:00 p.m. tonight.

There is clearly an absence of your normal death penalty opponents filing what are called friendly briefs in his behalf.

Even the ACLU is being unusually silent in this case. Pretty much everyone on the planet wants to see this guy dead. He was at least partially responsible for the murder of 10 people in the DC area.

He and his protégé Lee Melvo , also killed people here in Washington State, Arizona, Louisiana, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.

Anyone have any thoughts they would like to share?

Spokane poll is separate from national poll to see if we differ from National opinions.
