Be sure and check out their blog for some fascinating background material on their vendors. I was completely engrossed reading about the four brothers behind Shy Brothers Farm. They’ve been producing these creamy, soft thimble-sized cheeses, “Hannahbelles” out of a small dairy farm and just received government monies to design a new energy-efficient cheese-producing building. Can't wait to taste some us these cuties
