Nashville Zoo at Grassmere

A trip to the zoo can be an exciting and fun experience for children. But, if you live in Huntsville, where do you go if you would like to go to a zoo?

There are two places that you can go to if you are only looking for a place with animals, but not necessarily the zoo experience. These two places are the Old MacDonald's Petting Zoo and Harmony Park Safari.

  • Old MacDonald's Petting Zoo is located at 7826 US Hwy 72 E, Woodville, AL 35776. Phone number is (256)776-4332. Adults and children 2 and older are $5.00, and children under the age of 2 are free.
