Huntsville is home to Big Spring International Park. Big Spring Park is located off of Church Street and offers a wide range of kid-friendly activities.

At Big Spring Park, children can feed bread to the ducks. Parents will need to bring their own bread, but the park is not lacking ducks. There are plenty of ducks for the children to feed. In addition to duck feeding, there are walking paths that can be used as a history lesson. There are several statues along the paths in Big Spring Park that offer a glimpse into the rich history of Huntsville.

If you have children that do not like ducks or you have a younger child that you do not want near the lake, Big Spring Park offers another area for guests. This area is located on the opposite side of Church Street. In this area there is an open field surrounded by trees and a walking path. There is also a beautiful fountain located at the back of the park.

Big Spring Park also offers free Wi-Fi for three hours each month. If you are interested in using the Wi-Fi, you would need to look for the Wi-Fi spots which are designated by signs. There are also water fountains located around the park in case you get thirsty and bathrooms in the Museum of Art.

From feeding the ducks to surfing the web, one can find many reasons to spend a morning at Big Spring Park.
