Reading the feline stars: A fun look at the Aries, Taurus, and Gemini kitty

ARIES Felines (March 21 to April 19)
The Aries cat is always ready for a workout. Of all the zodiac signs, the Aries cat is the most enthusiastic and exhausting! This is not a meek and timid feline – they are strong-willed and noisy in the process. The good news is they are wonderful companions, so you may overlook some of their naughty behavior. The Aries cat is outgoing and affectionate, and a real show-off with little tricks you have taught Kitty.
They are obsessive sometimes because they love moving toys of any sort and have a frisky side. They are often found racing through the house at 4:00 in the morning. The Aries Kitty needs lots of room and doesn’t like to be confined. They are proud of their importance in the family unit, as well as their presence in the center of everything. Aries focuses on the head and neck, so be sure to watch the ears and eyes of these beautiful felines, especially keeping ear mites in check.
New experiences in play and a new toy will keep the Aries kitty amused for many hours to come, as they are kittens for a long time, and may emotionally mature at a later age than other felines in their age group with a different astrological sign.
TAURUS Felines (April 20 to May 20)
The Taurus cat is laid back and sleepy with a true love for its sleeping arrangements, especially where the blanket is concerned. Taurus kitties can be spoiled, which is just the way they like it, so if you provide a very fuzzy sleeping area, they will be in seventh heaven. Cashmere and fur are favorites of a Taurus cat, so don’t be surprised if you find them curled up on your favorite sweater or your best goose down jacket.
The Taurus cat is a gourmand and really enjoys the ritual of dining on fine foods – most of them are not good for Kitty, but they will try and convince you otherwise. If at all possible, begin a diet of tasty dry food and a large bowl of water; this will encourage healthier eating habits in these felines and will get your relationship with kitty off to a better start. They tend to be fat cats, so a good diet is important.
The Taurus feline loves to be petted, and many of them enjoy a kitty massage given gently and slowly down the length of the spine. It won’t be long before they are stretching those paws and purring contentedly, and responding with affectionate head bumps.
The Taurus cat does not enjoy exercise, and their favorite pastime is stretching out full-length with their head placed gently upon their paws and eyes closed. They can be difficult to convince, if the point is not their own, but the other side of that is they are wonderful cats with children, and are loyal companions. Beware of their tummies, as Taurus kitties are very ticklish and may scratch if you touch their belly.
GEMINI Felines (May 21 to June 20)
The Gemini Kitty is the talker of the zodiac. They love communication and will talk to their humans from sunrise to sunset, if you will only listen to all they things they have to say and take interest in all the ideas they want to share with you.
Gemini cats are friendly and love playing with a wide variety of games and play toys. Gemini felines are easily bored and present a real challenge to their human family members – their intellectual demands can be a bit expensive over the course of the yearly budget.
The Gemini cat is intelligent and funny, and loves to figure out new games, so be sure you have a creative mind to stay three steps ahead of this innovative feline. The Gemini is a mover and shaker, from floor to counter to furniture to book shelves, and then back again – rarely, if ever, will you find them sunning themselves in the window. Be cautious in feeding them, as they tend to be greedy and inhale food, then regurgitate afterwards on your best rug or bedspread.
Gemini kitties are happy, happy felines, and famous for doing very cute things that warm their human’s heart. Gemini cats love living with their people and are kitten-like for much of their life, with fun and surprises every day – in many ways, they are true entertainers and can motivate you to take lots of cute shots with that new camera.
