St. Louis – Local St. Louis area police departments are getting the message regarding neighborhood watch programs. 
 
People want to feel protected and secure in their homes. 
 
The East St. Louis Police Department has a Neighborhood Watch Program and would love for citizens to become involved.
 
The East Saint Louis Police Department is a “full service” department, that has several programs available to the citizens of the community.
 
The Neighborhood Watch Program is directed towards neighborhoods like yours because we strongly believe in, supporting and promoting the Neighborhood Watch Program. The neighborhood Watch Program has been proven nationally to be the best approach to detecting and deterring crime.
 
If there is not a Neighborhood Watch in your neighborhood, you can contact the East St. Louis Police Department and we can advise you of the contact person for your neighborhood. We can be reached Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (618) 482-6724.
