Rick Suttle has been working out with weights, taking supplements and maintaining a healthy diet since 1973. He also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Over the years he has developed an expertise on workout routines and supplementation and knows first-hand that overdoing either can do you more harm than good. As an examiner, his goal is to intersperse topics related to fitness, health and well-being. Rick has spent most of his career in marketing research, writing a multitude of business reports and advertising copy as well as dozens of articles. He has also written two novels--"Hell Year" (2003) and "Suicide Peak" (2007). Rick has a B.S. degree in Business (Marketing) from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) as well as an MBA.
