The next World of Warcraft patch is currently in testing on the Public Test Realm (PTR). The new patch is 3.2, and titled Call of the Crusade. It will focus on the Argent Tournament Grounds, located in northern Icecrown. The Argent Tournament offers daily quests, which net gold, reputation, and provide Champion's Seals, a currency used within the Tournament Grounds.

Currently, the Argent Coliseum is under construction. Players can take on two daily quests, A Chip Off the Ulduar Block and Jack Me Some Lumber, in which the player collects and turns in Stone and Wood for the construction of the coliseum. In patch 3.2, the coliseum will be complete. This will be an instanced dungeon with six settings: 5, 10, or 25 player instances, each with a Normal and Heroic version. The Heroic 10 and 25 player raids will introduce a new Tribute System. This will reward players with additional loot for completing it in fewer runs. If the number of attempts exceeds a certain number (not yet finalized), there will be no tribute loot left. This will reset weekly. I expect the two dailies providing materials will disappear with the new patch.
Besides the dailies to provide materials for the Argent Coliseum, there are two more sets of daily quests. There are four dailies given by an Alliance or Hoard faction. These quests award Valiant’s Seals, until you collect twenty-five. Then you finish the quests that follow, and become a Champion for that racial faction. You can complete these for all five racial factions. Then, once you become exalted with each racial faction and with the Argent Crusade, you receive the title of Crusader. With patch 3.2, there will be new dailies and rewards for players with the Crusader title. One of these rewards is a squire that can run errands for the player, like vendoring items or running to the player's bank.

The other set of dailies is given in the tent in the south-west corner of the tournament grounds. There are four quests, and each provides gold, a Champion's Seal, and reputation with the Silver Covenant (Alliance) or Sunreaver (Hoard). These dailies are more suited for a group, needing to kill Chillmaw, the elite dragon, and a Champion at the Citadel, which can be soloed, but works best with two or three players. Currently, a group forms every couple of minutes for these quests, and they can be completed rather quickly. Do these now, because those exalted with Silver Covenant or Sunreaver will be able to access new daily quests in patch 3.2. Expect the frequency of groups for these to diminish, when the "regulars" start the new dailies.
Another major change with patch 3.2 is the level requirement and cost of mounts. In order to facilitate faster leveling, mounts will be available at lower levels. Players can learn the Apprentice Riding Skill at level 20, Journeyman Riding Skill at level 40, and Expert (Flying) Riding Skill at level 60. No more walking around Outland, you will be able to fly the whole time leveling. The cost for learning these skills and for the mounts has been reduced, and there will now be reputational discounts for Flying and Epic Flying Skills. The 1,000 gold cost for Cold Weather Flying is unchanged.
As with any major content patch, there are a number of changes to all classes, professions, and various items. One change that has garnered a lot of buzz is a change to the physical appearance of Druid cat and bear forms. There are five different skins for each form for each race (Night Elf and Tauren), and the old skins will no longer be available, so take your screen shots now. The skin will be dependent on the Night Elf's hair color or the Tauren's fur color. These can be changed at the Barbershop.
Data for upcoming patches are subject to change during testing and I will highlight updates s they are announced. The latest patch notes can always be found here.
