The innovative children’s toy PixOs has met with much success even after safety concerns and a previous product recall when the product was known as Aqua Dots. Spin Master has revamped Aqua Dots and the new PixOs Super Studio commercials have hit the airwaves.
PixOs are little colored beads that “magically join with water.” The new As Seen On TV product is an answer to parent’s prayers who had suffered much disappointment after confiscating the recalled Aqua Dots from their children.
PixOs appears to be a welcome replacement to the craft toys called the Melty Beads or Iron Beads products where kids could create their design on a similar template and parents had to iron the creation. PixOs work the same as the original Aqua Dots, just make, spray and dry as advertised. Spin Master went with a new name so parents could differentiate between the old and new product.
The PixOs Super Studio can be found in two choices, the original Super Studio is in primary colors and the alternative is a Pink Super Studio. The advent of the Super Studio is not the only addition to the product line. Besides PixOs templates there are bases and molds to create 3D designs or to display your flat designs in a stand up fashion.
Themed packs, refills and other PixOs craft kits are available. Online they offer a template designing tool to create and print your own designs. With a special code they provide with your purchase you can also find additional designs online.
PixOs replaces Aqua Dots in more than name alone. With new ingredients, production processes and diligence in setting the highest of safety standards you’ll find the only common denominator between the two is the fun factor.
PixOs are available online and at WalMart, ToysRUs and Target.
