Sunday June 14, 4 to 6 p.m.
Rebirthing sessions with a practitioner aim to facilitate positive change through working with the breath and taking responsibility for thoughts, feelings and actions. The sessions will help to identify birth trauma, family patterns, inherited attitudes and specific negative thoughts. [Editor's note: I have experienced this workshop. It is indeed an 'experience.' For most of the two-hour period, participants lay comfortably on the floor and breath fully and mindfully. Moderators are there at all times, to let you know that they are there when you are there and to help keep sleep from interfering. I myself left the room feeling light and somehow cleansed. Others in the room responded differently. Highly recommended.]

“Michael's classes are routinely infused with the teachings of the illustrious and auspicious Vedic culture. Traditional ayur-vedic ceremonial rituals such as puja (sacred invocations for family/social progress), tratak (centering meditation opening the "third eye" for physical/emotional stability), pranayama (conscious breathing disciplines producing inspired insight), and mantra (vocalizing sound resonances for mental clarity and self-empowerment) are typically experienced in his courses as satisfying and elucidating supplemental instructions.” Attention teachers! Michael Buck’s workshop is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as Continued Education hours.

Anatomy Workshops with Maureen and Patti Kinsey
Sunday, June 14, 1 – 3 p.m.
“This is a weekend workshop for anyone who may be interested in learning more about their body and how it functions. (CEU Credits are available for teachers). We will be reviewing the DVD “Anatomy for Yoga” with Paul Grilly, and discussing Comparative Anatomy: understanding the underlying skeletal structure of the body, how the bones differ significantly from person to person, and how to use that knowledge in gaining a much deeper understanding of our individual practices.
