Summer’s Over. Get Out the Winter Coats.
I get a little depressed with the passing of the Summer Solstice. Now each day comes with a little less Sun time than yesterday. Daylight withers until the Winter Solstice, the true beginning of Summer for me, a great day, when we can begin to look forward to the Sun eking out an extra daily splash of sunlight during the dead of Winter.
So, too, it seems does Yoga activity in Philly begin to droop. The number of events following the solstice seems to dwindle until it begins to pick up right around the Equinox and a fuller, more energetic rhythm begins.
