Everyone has 24 hours each and every day. Why is it that some people accomplish so very much in a day, and others don't?

A few tips and tricks to help you budget your time wisely:

1. Stay on a schedule. It can be flexible, but at the very least, you should have a schedule!

2. Each night before you go to bed, write down a short list of things you must do the next day. Doing this will allow you to free up your mind and allow you to rest. You will be able to add to the list in the morning, after you have had a good night's sleep.

3.You should have a morning routine. Complete all the 'mundane' things that we all have to do in the morning, as quickly and efficiently as possib le. This will get you started on the right path for time saving throughout the day.

4. Prioritize your day's list of things to do. Focus on the list, and check the items off as soon as you complete an item. Devote your full attention to what you need to do next.

5. Once you have completed the tasks that are on your 'must do list", you will have the rest of the day to work, play, enjoy the time you have saved by being so organized!
