If your budget allows only one or two major trips each year, or less, you can always take a mini vacation! Explore your own back yard, or hop in the car for the day, and find a spot you love. (Do not go on private land, without permission from the owner.) Carry your camera, paints, or drawing materials and enjoy the time. The point of a 'vacation' is to relax and do something that you don't normally do in your everyday busy life. If you live in the city, find a park. A one hour vacation like this can revitalize you for days! The cost is minimal for your mini vacation, and the rewards are many.
