The Petersen Automotive Museum will show Winning, the 1969 racing film starring Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward, and Robert Wagner, on Tuesday, June 30, at 7:30 p.m. Before the film starts, Matt Stone, the executive editor of Motor Trend, will discuss Newman’s decades-long fascination with racing. Stone is the author of Winning: The Racing Life of Paul Newman, which is scheduled for a November release. The movie event includes free popcorn and soft drinks.
