Bank of America has added new art, history, nature, and science museums to its Museums on Us promotion.
The program provides free access to participating museums on the first full Saturday/Sunday weekend of each month. It grew recently from 70 museums in 18 states to over 100 museums in 26 states and the District of Columbia.
To take advantage of this arrangement, you must show a Bank of America check, credit card, or ATM card, along with your photo identification. The free admission is for the account-holder only, so it won’t include other family members or friends who aren’t on your Bank of America account, unless they have their own Bank of America account. Museums on Us also doesn’t include fundraising events, special exhibitions, or ticketed shows.
