Third Circuit Court’s 7th Annual Adoption Day Celebration
Third Circuit Court Judge Mary Beth Kelly will preside at an Adoption Day celebration on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, in which she will finalize 15 adoptions. The event begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, Two Woodward Avenue, Detroit. It is open to the public.
“We are pleased to join our state and country in this adoption celebration,” said Judge Mary Beth Kelly. “As we highlight these families that have opened their hearts and homes to adoption, this year we seek to raise the awareness and inform the public of our great need to adopt teenage children out of the foster care system and into permanent loving families.”
