According to the Sun New in the UK, some results were disturbing; however, the information is purportedly false and until it is verified, I have removed the details.  Updates will continue as the information is verified and released.

Although there has been "no foul play" according to examiners, the Jackson family is conducting their own investigation as they are not pleased with the first autopsy's results.  news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090627/ap_on_en_mu/us_michael_jackson

It is reported that the King of Pop was basically working himself very hard and may have not been eating enough to sustain such a grueling rehearsal schedule for his upcoming come-back tour, starting with fifty sold-out shows in London.

Cardiologist, Dr. Murry, who had only treated him for 11 weeks for the upcoming tour, is believed to have given him the final dose of Demerol prior to his death.  Further investigations continue.

The star reportedly was prescribed several medications for pain, muscle spasms and anxiety.  It is common knowledge that the King of Pop previously recieved treatment for pain-killer addiction.  His close friend Elizabeth Taylor was very candid about her struggle and stood by his side to assist him in his time of need.  It is also confirmed that he paid over $100,000 for prescriptions at a local pharmacy when he settled the account. www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,243585,00.html
