Marriage is in the cards for Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler

Mums the word on the MySpace pages of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and ex-wife turned girlfriend Shanna Moakler. The stars of the now defunct reality show “Meet the Barkers” didn’t bother to update about impending nuptials, but that hasn’t stopped rumors of their engagement from spreading like wildfire.
Since ending their two-year marriage in 2006, the couple have reunited and broken up so many times, it’s hard to take either one seriously. They officially acknowledged their current “on again” status some time around the earlier part of February, 2009.
Moakler, a model and former Playboy playmate, never held back about her feelings for Barker, even after a tumultuous divorce in which he basically accused her of neglecting their two children, Alabama and Landon, and cheating on him.
Last year, Barker and DJ AM (aka Adam Goldman) were the only two survivors of a devastating plane crash that killed everyone else onboard. Moakler practically stood vigil by Barker’s bedside, later crediting her care and devotion for re-igniting their romance.
In a Fall interview with Life & Style magazine, Moakler gushed,
“Travis and I go back and forth so much that I don’t have time to meet anybody or do anything. We have a profound love, and he’ll always be in my life no matter what.”
Given the couple's propensity to rush in and out of a committed relationship, let's hope they give considered thought to a second trip down the aisle before solidifying their intentions with a blog update.
