Couldn't help but notice the Baltimore Night Life Examiner's article about top costumes for Halloween, mostly because it was such a cute idea. Yet for some reason, it didn't seem to resonate with those who left comments. That got me thinking. Maybe the subject material needed tweaking, a little bMore make believe.
Look, I'm not big into Halloween, but I definitely know a funny costume when I see one. And to see the following Baltimoreans dressed up as bona fide and quasi-celebrities was too delish to resist. I've tried to credit everyone, but that may not be good enough for some. If you are the owner of a posted picture with a copyright jones, just email me and it will be removed.
Otherwise, enjoy!
