Question: How many miles does the average person have to run to burn off a typical Thanksgiving dinner? I'll give you the answer at the end of this post. In the meantime, lace up your Nike's, call your friends, and make a plan to run or walk one of the many Thanksgiving Day fitness events. For more information about any of the races listed below or to register online click on the name of the race. And feel free to add your own event if you know of one that I've missed.
