This is such a simple meal, made in a slow cooker, and it’s one of those meals that you set it and forget it. The wine makes the meat so tender and believe me, you won’t need a knife for this meat.
INGREDIENTS:
1 each London Broil, trimmed of fat
1 can petite-diced tomatoes
1 bottle Manischewitz Concord grape wine
1 bag baby carrots
1/3 cup red wine dressing
To taste: garlic powder, Montreal chicken, dried parsley and dried rosemary
PROCEDURE:
1. In a slow cooker, pre-heat to a high temperature.
2. Place some of the petite-diced tomatoes on the bottom. Put the London broil on top.
3. Top with the remaining tomatoes, the whole bottle of wine, red wine dressing and baby carrots. Season to taste with the seasonings.
4. Cook on high heat for about 3 hours. Turn down to low and cook for an additional 2 hours.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
BON APPETIT! ENJOY!
