A turkey project for toddlers
A turkey project for toddlers
Eliza Martinez

Often craft projects are too complicated for very young children, but making turkeys from construction paper is a fun and easy craft that even toddlers can do.

You simply cut a turkey shape from brown construction paper, a hat from black, and a beak from orange.  Then cut feathers from whatever colors the kids want.  Then you give them the cutouts and a glue stick and let them assemble the turkeys on a piece of white paper.

They can then add feet and eyes and any background they want to.  What a fun and easy way to get into the Thanksgiving frame of mind!

Have fun!
