Good news for those attending these free performances at Miller Outdoor Theater during the cool, Fall months of November in Houston, Texas. Miller Outdoor Theatre offers several free performace perfect for any family throughout the year and in November not only are free performances are available but also Free assigned seat tickets under the canopy are also available at the Miller Theatre Box Office on a first come-first served basis for ticketed performances designated with an *, while supplies last, between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the day of the performance; limit four per person. Sorry, no phone reservations. Seating under the canopy for all other performances, not designated with an *, is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Young Audiences of Houston: Taking it to the Streets
Presented by Young Audiences of Houston
They fly through the air with the greatest of ease. Catch the excitement of Soul Street (formerly Fly Dance Company) as these energetic performers demonstrate their varied styles and discuss the distinctive features and origins of each dance. From Brazil's Capoiera to New York's break dance and the multi-component forms of hip-hop, audience members learn how these styles developed and evolved.
*Kid Pan Alley & Peter Pan-the 1924 Silent Film
Presented by Miller Outdoor Theatre and Houston Cinema Arts Festival
MacGregor Elementary School students will perform songs they created in a weeklong Kid Pan Alley music residency program. Then, Miller Theatre joins the Houston Cinema Arts Festival with a special screening of "Peter Pan," the original 1924 film considered one of the most beloved film spectaculars of the Silent Era. Legendary silent film accompanists Donald Sosin and Joanna Seaton and Kid Pan Alley music director Paul Reisler perform their own score with vocals, keyboard and percussion.

*Billy Stritch and the UH Jazz Orchestra
Presented by Miller Outdoor Theatre
An award-winning composer, arranger, vocalist and jazz pianist of extraordinary range and sophistication, Billy Stritch breathes new life into the Great American Songbook, all the while bringing an easy sense of humor and showmanship to his performances. Accompanied by the University of Houston Jazz Orchestra, he's guaranteed to heat up a cool fall evening.

Around the World with Young Audiences of Houston: Texas Alive with Music
Presented by Young Audiences of Houston
View the sweeping pageantry of Texas history through music. From early Spanish exploration and the first settlement by American frontiersmen to the Battle for Independence and the Civil War, music has given voice to the land of Texas. Listen and learn as Paragon Brass traces this epic saga with musical selections relating Texas' journey from colonization to independent nation to the Lone Star State.

You’ll be “Having the Time of Your Life” with this exhilarating concert attraction that’s sold-out around the world! *Pablo Mayor and Folklore Urbano

It's no exaggeration to say that Folklore Urbano has redefined modern Colombian music. This brilliant 12-piece ensemble harnesses the danceable swing of traditional Colombian folkloric rhythms while seducing the listener with the subtleties of jazz orchestration and harmony.
