
Celebrate the harvest season at the Harvest Festival at the Mullet Hall Equestrian Center on Johns Island this Saturday, November 7 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The festival features five Bluegrass bands (one playing every hour from 12 p.m. on), as well as a craft show, hay rides, and horse drawn carriage rides ($2). Children will enjoy pumpkin decorating and a scarecrow making contest (at 1 and 3 p.m.) as well as other activities like penny diving, a stick pony corral, and lasso demonstrations.
Food will be available as well: beer, soft drinks, barbecue, and kettle corn will be featured as well as other food choices.
Ticket prices are $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free. Gold Passes will be honored.
