This weekend at the Candler Field Museum you'll, once again, find vintage planes, great entertainment, and great people. The third annual Veteran's Day is set to start at 9AM on the museum's ground and, from their website, it promises to be an amazing day.
The star speaker of the event will be a WWII Pearl Harbor Veteran sharing his thoughts on Veterans' Day. Among other things, you'll find helicopter static displays, aircraft demonstrations and biplane rides.
Admission to the event is free and participation is encouraged. Wear your military uniform, and bring any Veteran you may know; the celebration is to honor all Veterans, past and present.
Visit the Peachstate Aerodrome website here to learn more about the celebration.
