Apple Holler's Annual Cherry Festival, July 3rd - July 19th'; offers a “Cherry Good Time.” Apple Holler is located in Racine County, and is visible from I-94 (on the west side), so it is great destination for a day of fun from the Chicago and Milwaukee
area. The Cherry Festival includes food, rides and family friendly activities, fun for kids and adults.
To start your morning right, this fun-filled family event features All You Can Eat, fresh Cherry Almond Pancakes, with real whipped cream, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each morning. In addition, Apple Holler will have other mouth-watering menu specials that celebrate the delicious cherry!
Throughout the day children can burn off some of that summer time energy enjoying free activities and displays which include: a live beehive and pollination exhibit, farmyard animals, Kid's Corral play area, Cool Cow Maze, an Amish-built wooden play train, and the "Golden Goat Bridge".
From 10 AM to 3PM each day, you can pay a reasonable fee and enjoy additional outdoor experiences. Create great family memories by taking a hayride through our 20,000 apple tree orchard and Enchanted Forest, or by riding on pedal carts. Perhaps you have a little cow-poke who would enjoy a hand-lead pony ride or an engineer who would love a ride on the Appleland Express, miniature train. Why not try out Apple Holler's brand new Apple Holler Mining Company and take the family panning for gemstones.
If cherries are what you crave, Apple Holler something for everyone. Luscious, fresh-picked cherries are available for purchase in the Orchard Market, along with cherry jams, jellies and preserves. Assorted cherry-themed gifts are on sale in our Gift Shop. For those with a sweet tooth, visit the Bakery and find fresh, delicious homemade cherry and apple-cherry pies, cherry turnovers, cherry pinwheels, cherry cheesecake, and build your own Cherry Cobbler, with real whipped cream. To beat the heat of summer, make your way to the Ice Cream Parlor and enjoy a fresh, mouth-watering, cherry sundae, shake, malt, smoothie, or, for those with an adventurous spirit, a Black Forest Sundae.
