Chicago Botanic Garden Wine Festival June 6 and 7
The Chicago Botanic Garden is hosting a wonderful weekend wine festival on Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7, 2009. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon in the garden while sampling fine wine. Over 250 domestic and international wines will be available for tasting and for purchase at the Chicago Botanic Gardens this weekend.

In addition to tasting wines, there will be a stage for wine seminars and for musical entertainment. Local restaurants will offer food for sale at the Chicago Botanic Garden Wine Festival. Local restaurants and caterers will also offer food demonstrations and instruction on pairing wine with food.
The wine festival will take place in the meadow west of Evening Island. Designated trams will be available to transport visitors to the festival area, for easy access.
Tickets are $25 in advance (by 6/5). Tickets at the door will be $28 for members and $30 for non members. Designated driver ticket is $10 and incuse tow non-alcoholic drinks and festival programs. Tickets are available online at
