July BlankThe July issue of Blank, Wichita's "street level arts and culture digest," has a challenge for budding  comic artists and writers.

Two pages, 30 and 31, are blank in this month's Blank. This is a space for cartoonists to draw their very own cartoon, to be judged by the editors of Blank. The best will be featured in the August issue of Blank. All entries must be turned in by the Final Friday of July, which is the last day of the month, the 31st. Submissions should be sent to Blank Page, Inc., 917 W. Douglas, Wichita, KS 67202. Copies of Blank can be found for free in local businesses around town, including local comic shops.

The July issue of Blank contains comic art by local illustrators Ram Lama Hull, Hugo Zelada and David C. Warren.
