
This Saturday and Sunday, October 24-25, Central Arkansas will experience CityFest at the North Shore Riverwalk (North Little Rock). This family-friendly celebration is free.
Activities are scheduled from 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. each day and include the Livin It® action sports tour (with top pro athletes from the "action sports" of skateboarding, freestyle motocross and BMX biking), a massive Family Fun Zone (hosted by Bob and Larry from the VeggieTales video series), and music from some of the top artists in contemporary Christian and gospel music.
Music artists will include Kirk Franklin, TobyMac, Craig Morgan, Newsboys, Seventh Day Slumber, Truby, Anthony Evans, Bread of Stone, Living Sacrifice, and True Praise.
Luis Palau, a Christian communicator and author of almost 50 books, will speak each evening. He has shared a message of faith and hope with more than a billion people including more than 25 million face-to-face in 72 nations.
